At Eleonora, sustainability and community support are at the heart of everything we do. With our ReLoved Collection, you have two impactful ways to participate:

1. Receive Store Credit and Support Sustainable Fashion

  • Return Your Items: Send back your Eleonora items, no matter their condition. We welcome everything from barely worn garments to those that have been loved a little longer. Gently used items will be resold, giving them a second life and reducing waste.

  • Earn Store Credit: Receive 10% store credit based on the original price of each item returned. Your returned items will be inspected, resold, and given a new life, helping to reduce waste and promote circular fashion.

2. Donate Your Store Credit and Items to Charity

  • Return and Donate: Send back your Eleonora items, and choose to donate your store credit to charity. Your returned items will also be donated to those in need, helping to support communities and make a positive impact. As a thank you, you will receive 15% off on your next order.

  • Charitable Impact: By choosing to donate, you support a worthy cause and contribute to making a difference in the lives of others, while still helping to reduce fashion waste.

How It Works:

  1. Send Us an Email Email us at info@eleonorababywear.com with the subject line “ReLoved Eleonora” to initiate the return process. We will arrange a free collection of your items right from your doorstep.

  2. Choose Your Option Specify whether you’d like to receive store credit or donate your store credit and items to charity.

  3. Enjoy the Impact For store credit, receive your credit directly to your registered email once your items are collected. For donations, your items and store credit will contribute to supporting those in need. The credit is valid for one year.

Note: This initiative is available only in the UAE. Every customer who chooses to donate will receive proof of donation once it's done.
